Great skin with greek yogurt: certain dairy products are a great source of protein. Greek yogurt tends to have double the protein than regular yogurt leaving your skin firmer and less prone to unwanted lines.
Wrinkle free with walnuts: walnuts are the perfect snack with omega-3 essential fatty acids that help the skin’s elasticity. Walnuts are also high in copper that boosts collagen and improves your complexion.
Substitute with Soy: soy products are great substitutes for dairy products when trying to clear your complexion. Add soy milk to your drinks to reduce hyper pigmentation.
Kick the Zits with Kidney Beans: low zinc levels correlate with breakouts. Add some kidney beans, or other beans high in zinc, to your meals for clearer skin.

White Bread: food with a high glycemic index like white breads and pastas come with break outs. Instead try whole grains such as wheat and oats which are filled with antioxidants that reduce skin inflammation.
Salt: to avoid a puffy face and bags under your eyes, limit your salt intake, as it causes tissues to swell.
Candy: loaded with artificial sweeteners and sugar, candy can cause wrinkles by damaging the collagen and elastin in your skin
Shellfish: filled with iodine, shellfish cause a buildup of iodine in your system that can lead to break outs.
Alcohol: working in your system as a diuretic, alcohol dehydrates your skin, leaving it more susceptible to wrinkles.
